A film of your cycling tour
Bring the GPX your bike computer recorded and the film follows the exact line you rode, or type the towns and Voyarc routes them for a bike. Either way a bicycle rides it on a real map, leaning into the bends, and the film saves as an MP4.
What Voyarc does for a cycling tour
-
Your ride, as you rode it
An imported track is drawn as recorded. A track between 15 and 40 km/h starts on the bicycle by itself; anything else, open the scene in the story and pick the bicycle.
-
A cycling route between towns
A typed scene set to Ride is routed on a cycling profile, which keeps to roads and paths a bike can take. The two ends are sent to a routing service to find it.
-
Several days in one film
Each day can be a scene of its own: merge the day files into one with the merge tool, or add a track to a scene of a typed trip.
-
Frames for where you post
Export the same film in a landscape 16:9, a square 1:1 or a vertical 9:16 frame.

-
Type the stops
On the home page, type the tour the way you would say it, “Girona to Banyoles by bike”, and press Enter. A scene with no mode word of its own takes the one before’s.
-
Or import a track
Press Import a track and choose the GPX, TCX or KML your bike computer or app exports. The file is read in your browser and its points never leave it.
Type your first stop, or drop a track file on the home page. No account, and nothing to install.

Will a typed scene follow the road I rode?
It follows the cycling route the routing service picks between your two stops, which may not be your road. To draw the ride exactly, import its track: the line is yours.
My route was planned, not recorded. Does it work?
Yes. A planned route has no times, so Voyarc cannot read its speed and starts it as a hiker; open the scene in the story, pick the bicycle, and the line stays as planned.
Can the film show where I stopped each night?
Each stop is named in the film as the bicycle reaches it, so a tour typed town by town names every night’s stop. An imported track names its start and its finish.
