A film of your road trip
Type the towns you drove through and Voyarc finds the road between each pair, then drives it with the car, the van or the motorhome you choose. The film comes out as an MP4 in a landscape, square or vertical frame, ready for a post or a story.
What Voyarc does for a road trip
-
Real roads between your stops
Each typed scene is routed on OpenStreetMap’s roads, so the line follows the highway rather than a straight line. Your stops are sent to a routing service to find it; the film itself is made in your browser.
-
A car that drives
Pick a sedan, an SUV, a van, a convertible, a car and caravan, a motorhome, a bus or a motorbike, among others. Its wheels turn, its body rides the road and its brake lamps light as it stops.
-
Night driving
Play a scene by night and it runs on the map’s dark twin, with the vehicle’s lights on.
-
A ferry where the road ends
Set a crossing’s scene to Ferry and it follows the ferry’s own line where OpenStreetMap has one, and the sea lanes elsewhere.

Across the Nullarbor Perth to Melbourne: a train to Kalgoorlie, then 3 scenes by road, the last one at night. How to start
-
Type the stops
On the home page, type the trip the way you would say it, “Perth to Kalgoorlie, Ceduna, Adelaide”, and press Enter. Or type one place and add the rest stop by stop.
-
Or import a track
Press Import a track and choose a GPX, KML, KMZ, TCX or GeoJSON file from a phone or a car’s logger. It plays as a scene of its own, and its points stay on your device.
Type your first stop, or drop a track file on the home page. No account, and nothing to install.

Can one scene be a ferry or a train?
Yes. Every scene has its own mode and vehicle, so a road trip can take the car ferry or the train for a stretch and drive on after it.
Which parts of my trip leave the browser?
A place the built-in list does not know goes to a place search, and a road scene’s two ends go to a routing service to find the road. Rail and ferry scenes are routed in your browser, and an imported track’s points are never sent. The privacy page has the detail.
What does the free version give me?
Every trip, every frame and the vehicle sounds, in films up to 60 seconds at 1080p with the Voyarc chip. A Film pass or Pro takes the chip off, exports up to 4K, adds your logo and makes films as long as your trip needs; Pricing has the rest.
